Refund and Returns Policy

Before you buy, please read this

Every plan we create is written from scratch for one person — you. Once you pay, we send you a questionnaire, and your plan is built around your medical history, your routine, your food preferences and your goals. That work cannot be undone, returned, or given to anyone else. It is yours alone.

For that reason, once your plan has been prepared and sent to you, the fee is not refundable. This isn’t a technicality. It’s the same reason a tailor can’t take back a stitched suit. What you are paying for is the time and expertise that goes into writing the plan not a file you download.

That applies if you change your mind, if you stop following the plan partway, or if you don’t reach a particular number on the scale. Results depend heavily on how closely a plan is followed, and that part is not in our hands.

What you get instead of a refund is our commitment to make the plan work. If something isn’t suiting you a food you can’t eat, a schedule that doesn’t fit, a change in your health tell us. We’ll adjust it. That support is included for the full length of your programme, and we would far rather fix your plan than watch you abandon it.

So please ask before you pay, not after. Message us on WhatsApp with your questions, or book a consultation first if you’re unsure which plan suits you. We’ll tell you honestly if we don’t think a plan is right for you and if we can’t help, we’ll say so before you spend anything.
