We provide nutrition guidance, not medical treatment
Eat Without Guilt provides dietary and nutritional guidance from a qualified dietitian. The plans, recipes, workout suggestions, articles and consultations offered on this website are for general nutrition and wellness purposes. They are not medical advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment for any disease or condition.
Using this website, buying a plan, or speaking with us in a consultation does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Talk to your doctor first
Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, supplement or exercise programme — especially if you:
- are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding;
- have diabetes, high or low blood pressure, heart, liver or kidney disease;
- have a thyroid condition, PCOS, or any hormonal disorder;
- have a history of disordered eating or an eating disorder;
- have food allergies or intolerances;
- are taking prescription medication of any kind;
- are recovering from surgery, illness or injury;
- are under 18 years of age.
Never stop, start or change a prescribed medication because of something in a diet plan or on this website. That decision belongs to your doctor.
Tell us what matters
Your plan is only as safe as the information it is built on. Please give us accurate details about your medical conditions, medications, allergies and symptoms, and tell us promptly if any of them change. We cannot account for what we do not know.
Stop if something feels wrong
If you feel unwell while following a plan — including dizziness, fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath, severe weakness, persistent nausea, or an allergic reaction — stop immediately and seek medical attention. Contact us as well, so we can adjust your plan.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital. Do not wait for a reply from us. We are not an emergency service and we cannot respond to urgent medical situations.
Results vary
Weight, body composition and health outcomes depend on many factors — genetics, medical conditions, medication, sleep, stress, adherence and more. Any goals, timeframes or results mentioned on this website, in a plan description, or in a testimonial are examples, not promises. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular result.
Supplements
Where a plan suggests supplements, these are general suggestions only. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, particularly if you take other medication.
Workouts
Exercise carries inherent risk. Our workout plans and live sessions are general and are not tailored to injuries or physical limitations unless you tell us about them. Work within your own limits, and get medical clearance before beginning if you have any doubt.
Content on this website
Blog articles and general nutrition information on this site are educational and are written for a general audience. They are not personalised advice and should not be treated as such.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eat Without Guilt and Dietitian Rimsha Amir are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from reliance on the information or plans provided, or from failure to seek appropriate medical advice.
Questions
If anything in your plan is unclear or does not feel right for you, ask us before you continue.
