Consultations
How do online consultations work?
You book a time, complete a short confidential intake form, and meet Dietitian Rimsha Amir on Google Meet. Afterwards you receive your recommendations and, if you continue, your personalized plan.
What does a consultation cost?
Online consultations are ₨3,000 per session (20 minutes over Google Meet). In-clinic consultations in Faisalabad are ₨3,000. Diet plans start from ₨10,000.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll move your appointment to a time that suits you.

What's included in a program?
A personalized plan built around your preferences and routine, progress reviews and adjustments, and WhatsApp check-in support for the full program duration.
Do you handle medical conditions like PCOS or diabetes?
Therapeutic programs provide dietary support alongside your medical care. They complement, never replace, your doctor's treatment. Always share your conditions in the intake form.
Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
No, that's the whole point of "eat without guilt." Plans work with your food culture and preferences; portions and patterns do the work, not deprivation.
Challenges & workouts
When does the next challenge start?
Dates are announced here and on Instagram (@eat_without.guilt). Join the waitlist on the Challenges page to be notified first.
Are the workout sessions beginner-friendly?
Yes, sessions include modifications for different fitness levels. Choose from three daily slots (1–2pm, 4–5pm, 9–10pm PKT), five days a week.
The Zero Bakery & delivery
Where do you deliver?
Tell us your area on WhatsApp and we'll confirm delivery options, timing and any charges for your location.
Are the desserts really sugar-free?
Our Zero Bakery desserts are baked with no added sugar; naturally occurring sugars from milk, fruit or nuts may still be present. Ingredients and nutrition details are available on request, just ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Do you list allergens?
Allergen information is available for every dessert on request. If you have a serious allergy, please confirm on WhatsApp before ordering.
Payments, refunds & international clients
How can I pay?
You can pay securely through our online checkout when you book. For other payment options, just ask us on WhatsApp.
What is your refund policy?
For any refund or cancellation question, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you personally.
I live outside Pakistan, can I join?
Yes. Consultations, plans, challenges and workouts are all available online worldwide. Times are shown in PKT, and we'll arrange a convenient payment method for international clients over WhatsApp.
